Advanced Sourdough Class
Join Kelsey, founder of Sourdough for the People for an advanced, hands on sourdough making class.
September 24th 7pm-8:30pm
@ Sans Market 1037 Central Ave. St. Petersburg
Arrive at 7pm for mingling and fresh sourdough bread sampling. The class will begin promptly at 7:30pm.
Enjoy a step-by-step sourdough making demonstration and work with your own personal loaf that by the end of the class will be ready to take home and bake!
Take home: Your ready to bake sourdough, a sourdough starter and instruction booklet so you can keep baking at home!
WHAT TO BRING: In the spirit of low-waste living and using what you have...we do ask that you bring an approx 8 inch bowl to take your loaf home in and a tea towel or cover.
Tickets are $50. Spaces are limited and tickets are non-refundable.
